We know that to many of our customers the most important people at Advance Healthcare are the care staff. That’s why we take great care in recruiting, training and supervising our staff, amongst whom have a wide range of qualifications and are required to complete our mandatory induction training and care certificate. After a prospective candidate’s probationary period is complete, and they don’t already have a QCF Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care, they will be automatically enrolled.
Our staff undergo regular supervision from the management team to ensure that we deliver great standard of care to all our customers.
