• To match the care professional as closely as possible to the customer, respecting the need to change the care professional in the event of non-compatibility.

• To undertake a risk assessment of environmental health and safety hazards in the client’s home and to ensure any hazards are reported to the client.

• To ensure all customers are provided with written information on the organization’s procedure for handling complaints, comments, and complements, and how to use it.
